Guilford: The Next Chapter

The buyers fell in love with this house the moment they walked in, proving once again that emotions drive home buyers!  And falling in love allowed them to see past the not insignificant changes that would be needed to transform this house into a beautiful, comfortable, livable home that reflected their aesthetic.

Staged Shoreline stepped in to assist with the transformation. The interior and exterior of the house was painted. Two bathrooms were remodeled and two new rooms created out of unused storage space. New light fixtures were installed.  Small touches were added that made a big difference–recessed lighting and crown molding in the living room. A sitting area within the living room was defined by chairs facing the spacious back yard.  The transformation was accomplished in less than six weeks.
